When it comes to installation, as we work in partnership with project contractors on major new build projects and live patient projects, you can be assured that we’ll be as discreet and sensitive as possible.
On hand throughout the programme of works will be our dedicated Contracts Director who will schedule the necessary engineering resources and coordinate all materials, equipment and manpower to ensure the project progresses swiftly and safely.
At each and every stage of the installation process, we implement our own in-house quality control procedures to ensure compliance and optimum performance. Once fully satisfied, we’ll then invite your independent representative to verify and validate the system against the contract scope of works and specification. This ensures that the delivered product meets or exceeds the HTM02-01, SHTM02-01 or BCGA Codes of Practice.
Once this stage of the process is complete, we’ll take you through your new systems, helping you understand and interpreting performance ahead of use. We also offer one-to-one training and provide a recording of training sessions for future study by the wider team, should this be required. The project completion handover will result in a safe, fully validated and highly robust gas system, delivered to HTM, SHTM or BCGA standards with the minimum of fuss, noise or disruption.
